So I called apple today about the dots all over my screen,
They said that they could not replace (or repair) my iPhone, but they did know about the problem.

Would I have better luck if I went to an apple store?

BTW My nearest apple store is 2 hours away,

I do have 3 dead pixels, but I forgot to mention that to them...
But they are not really a problem because of the location, only when watching a movie that has black bars at the top/bottom does it bother me...

other times there are controls over them, and they are noticeable.

Maybe try calling back and see if you can get someone who is more willing to replace your iphone for you. If the dots are a really big concern to you and they are really visible then you deserve a replacement, you did spend $500 or more on it.
