The 'e' key now works intermittently

Early 2013 Macbook Pro Retina

The letter 'e' key hardly ever responds. Pressing it harder does not affect if it will work but if I just sit there pressing it over and over it will eventually work.

Anyone ever encountered this with any key?

I would love to hear some suggestions about a simple fix for this.

I don't think you've any option but to get the keyboard replaced.

Replace the keyboard

Get one on eBay for $25

Look at ifixit for instructions.
