Yeah, *something* along those lines, but perhaps not quite so evil! We had a similar situation at home... we almost sent this to the guy's printer, but in the end chickened out:
Let me put it to you this way:
I'd take his photos and mp3s, and tell him that if he wants his photos, he's going to have to come down, knock on my door, and pay for my internet for the month.
