I do not understand it at all. It doesn't really make any sense to me. It's just a screen protector that turns into a reflective screen when the screen is turned off.

Look at the edges where the iphone is turned off, you can clearly see they photoshopped the mirror onto the ipod...

Actually it looks like they used MS Paint to put the mirror on the iphone...
