Lets List the major disadvantages of a "FOLDING" iPhone

#1. Costs more materials and hardware
#2. Worse reliability
#3. Texting is not intuitive (slower response time) Do I text back with the device closed or open ?
#4. Repairs, most common issues like a screen replacement can be done immediately NOT with a "FOLDING" device
#5. You are a BETA Tester there will be unforeseen software issues.
#6. PRE-Order disasters There will NOT be enough made til 2027 (apple is relying on low initials sales)
#7. Cases and screen protectors Few to NO Options. ( A $10 glass screen protector has saved my phone many times)

These are a few Major Dealbreakers that make a FOLDING Device or iPhone a poor choice.
Please share with everyone any other Disadvantages I have over looked.

Yes, it's not for everyone.

I have for business a Google Pixel Pro fold and it does a great job for that purpose.
It does not leave my desk.

OTOH my 16e and 17 Air are great personal lightweight phones that I love to carry along.

So you just listed most of the common disadvantages that all folding phones have, and considered it mostly a problem with the iPhone Ultra 😀? Because I'm sure that is the case. And by a folding device, does that include laptops 😀?
