My wife showed me a video on Facebook of a guy in the emergency room having a large earthworm pulled from his nose. Turned out it was a fishing lure, minus the hook. I could not find a link to show, but the obvious question that was not answered how did it get there? So in my searching, there are quite a few videos. For example, removing tape worm from a patients eye:

So, I guess the Toe Bro on YouTube is tame in comparison. He posted a video the other day where a guy had picked up a sliver of wood in his foot, he had to go "exploring" to find it, popped out a good-sized sliver. When I say "popped", I really mean POPPED.
Here's that video, he even shows the numbing injections so if you don't care for needles, skip forward when he suggests you do so:

He has some other videos of ripping toenails off (numbed so there's minimal discomfort) that might be more graphic.

I found a worse one. Even the Toe Bro posted an extreme graphic warning on this video, I'll put it as a spoiler so squeamish ones don't see the video preview unless they want to.

Reminds me of my EMT class. Someone added videos from bestgoredotcom to the PowerPoint presentations. Gnarly stuff but best get a feel for your sea legs before you commit to the sea. That second video of the infected foot, ugh. I can’t even imagine living with that.

I can't either, and you can hear the frustration in The Toe Bro's voice when he's asking why the primary Dr. on the case has resisted amputation for so long despite the wishes of the patient to just be over and done with the condition.

The Toe Bro has a GREAT bed-side manner and seems very compassionate. I'm in the US but only a few hour's drive from him, I would consider going to him for foot care even if it meant paying out of pocket.
