Seriously?

You're worried about a flaw that a CAMERA can't see?

It may be time to admit, as a community, that our stadards are a bit too high.

Use a light and you will see them clearly, and may be good enough to take a clear picture.

I believe that :appple: is experimenting with new materials to change the case design to have better grip and avoid this manufacturing variations with the plastic injection of this cheap case, even it has a coating to avoid scratches they have the cracks.

Meanwhile :apple: continues swapping them and charging back the cost to the manufacturer in China.

I noticed VERY small cracks on mine. You can only see them in a certain lighting angle and they are so small they could be considered an extremely minor scratch. It is not worth swapping out phones. They look more like they are cracks in the finish. I would not have found them if I would not have looked for them. If you look closely just about all phones have them.

This is why you buy a black iphone, so you can't see the cracks. Out of sight, out of mind.;) If it cracks enough to chip off, then I'll take it in for a replacement.

i still have my white iphone 3g which im on my 4th iphone the cracks had gotten to the point where my silencer switch is loose and rattles... Dissapointed in apple.....

maybe they should start marketing these phones with whitney houston.... or lindsay lohan.... get it? cuz there is CRACK-s :p

I'm curious did all/any of you people reporting cracks drop your new iPhones causing these or are they just appearing out every day use? Been really putting mine through the stress tests and she still looks and runs amazing. Then again I never had any problems with my 3G either and I am an anti-case guy that pounds my mobile devices.

Could jsut be that the OP doesn't have a camera that's good at macro photography. If the EYE (a much more reliable lens than any camera can ever give) can see it, then it's a problem.
