I hear you. I honestly wouldn't care, but first it was "Next Year", then "Fall", then "December 2013", then "January", and then now "February" (for me). "February" could literally mean Feb 28th ship date, which could really mean I'd get my machine in March.
The lack of information is really what bothers me. I run a business, and I've found that as long as I communicate with customers, they're understanding. If I told someone I'd deliver a design on Thursday, but realize I need more time, a simple email saying, "This is a larger project than I anticipated, and therefore I'll have it for you first-thing Monday morning." is all I need to do.
I can understand a new product slipping by a month. That's understandable, but now it's become quite ridiculous.
