The "I'm too excited to sleep" thread

I can't sleep -- but for a reason unrelated (quite excited for the event!): my stepmom is giving birth to her first kid as we speak.

Based on the stock price I'd say your in the minority. But l'll reserve my judgement and see how the stock is doing 30 days from now.
 
I'm on the other side of the world. When the keynote start, it'll be midnight my time. I'd love to stay up, but I know seeing the new iPhone (whether it's the same as the leak or not) will keep me up til morning. :D

That's the great thing about being human, we can all have our own opinion. I never said it's not ok for people to be excited, heck, i'm excited. I do however think not being able to sleep is a bit silly.

Maybe what he meant was to not be so mean about it.

I'm actually feeling rather fed up. Really sick of Apple lately - their relentless lawsuits, their insistence on using proprietary connections, their seeming lack of innovation.

For the first time ever I'm considering a move away from the iPhone... hate to say it, but the S3 is looking quite tempting right now.

(but I just know if I do buy it, I'll regret it...)
 
Luckily I do not have to worry about not sleeping, it's morning here in the UK and I'm working so I guess that will kill some time, my only problem is getting back home in time for 6pm.

Praying for zero delays.
 
Now I'm up Early in the am. I wish I could just go to sleep. Haven't slept all night clicking website after website (should have just come to this one) looking for info about the new iPhone and hoping to download iOS6. Now daybreak is here and I have concluded that I just have to wait.:eek:
 
Good grief. If your loosing sleep over a phone announcement you need to get out more.

Well... it's already 1 PM over here in Western-Europe (think Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Madrid, etc.) and the keynote is at 7 PM... so I don't have any 'I cannot sleep'-feelings.
 
im excited but slept like a baby! just woke up have the day off gonna get some work done from home for a bit then the rest of the afternoon devoted to apple
 
I slept well last night. No issues. Got up at 4:30am for work.

I'm excited for the keynote, but not so much as to lose sleep over it. I love my sleep. :p
