The infamous green tint on Aperture

Hi!
I'm having issues with Aperture 3.2.2. All my RAWs from my T2i get this disgusting green tint after I restored my computer from a Time Machine backup. I tried reinstalling Aperture but it didn't work. People told me to delete the Raw Decode Preset.plist file but I didn't have one in the first place!
All my JPEGs from a cheaper point-and-shoot do not have this issue, and the RAWs look fine in Quick Look.

Also, when I import from my SD card it asks if I want to download unsupported files, usually .sh files.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
