So, this could be the weed talking, but the iPad air is truly magical. I'm typing this, and it's so thin. What a time to be alive.

First of all its not the thinnest. Second, the Air 2 is way better. I've owned both. Lastly, you sound pretty crazy.

Agreed. Weed or not lol.
I use the Air 1 and it is truly a magical device.
Granted, the Air 2 may be thinner and faster and even more magical, but the Air 1 ain't no slouch.
I primarily use the iPad Mini 2, which is the same piece of magic pretty much, but because of it's portability and its LTE capabilities it is with me more than the Air.

IPad Mini 2 = iPad its size that I will never upgrade/sell.

Agreed. My favorite as well. I may buy the 4 if they do a vast improvement on the guts, but as it is, I will keep the 2 and not upgrade it to a newer os. Yes, I will keep my Mini 2 in high esteem for quite some time. It is a 32gb data model and serves me well.
Although I have an Air 1, I only use it for one thing, and that is to serve as a music holder when I play guitar with a choir. I do play weekly and it is very useful for that.
But for all of my consumption needs, it's the mini. :apple:

Air 1 and Air 2 both are incredible to hold and look at but as soon as you turn on the screen and start using it it's like ripping open a trash bag. iOS 8 for iPad is horrendous.
