The iPhone 3.0 Tethering Compatibility Thread

Have you gotten tethering working on iPhone OS 3.0 using this file? Does it only work over USB? Can't get it working at all? Please post your expreicences below.

I have gotten the following computers to work with tethering over Bluetooth:
iMac G3 400 MHz with D-Link DBT-120 USB Bluetooth adapter Mac OS X 10.4.11
PowerBook G4 15" 1.33 GHz Mac OS X 10.5.6
MacBook 2.1 GHz (Early 2008) Mac OS X 10.5.6
Mac mini 1.66 GHz (Late 2006) Windows XP Service Pack 3
