...according to Maddox.
I'm sorry... I was prepared to be offended... but I haven't laughed so hard in ages
Especially loved his comments about Nokia's marketing team, and that he sometimes remotely reboots his sever... just because he CAN!
He woke up on the wrong side of the bed before he wrote that
Somethings that he forgot to include:
Size of the screen
The fact that it was made by Apple
*trying not to laugh*
I think it's in the table of comparisons
I love the fact that my job has blocked this article...dammit!
I hurt my abs laughing.
As the owner of an E70, and someone with access to an iPhone, I have to say I loved that site.
Yes, I covet the iPhone. But... the E70 is a darned nice phone too. The best thing about it is I can stick in in my pocket with my keys and not care.
I absolutely love the graphics. The man is brilliant.
If you have Safari, download the Web Archive file here.
Arstechnica did that with the iPhone and it didn't scratch it at all .
oooh, I saw this yesterday. I LOVE maddox!!
Heh.. I throw my iPhone in the same pocket of my purse as keys and a nail clipper. No scratches!
Hit the link at the bottom to go back to a list of his other articles.
I only glanced a tiny bit at the one about 9/11 conspiracies, before I had tears running down my face from laughing so hard.
The guy should be on HBO. He's crude, but hilarious.
It's Maddox. Are you new at this internet thing?
Dude, this is sooo awesome. The "objective" comparo was the icing on the cake.
His other essays are hilarious as well. Great jerb.
His book is awesome too if you've new to the site.
Haven't heard of the guy before
Yeah, but I'd be afraid of breaking it nevertheless.
The putty ssh implementation is fantastic, btw.
No lack of love for the iPhone. Just saying... there's an element of truth in the rant.
Now you have. Read the rest of the site, you'll see that ranting is his thing. Pretty hilarious actually.

I <3 maddox
True, I don't like it as much as his earlier stories, it seems fairly full of holes, whereas the previous maddox articles have generally been sharp and to the point.
It is still quite entertaining, but seems to be missing the overall truth of his earlier rants. Maybe because I know too much about the iPhone compared to other topics, <shrug>.
That was funny.. My favorite part is:
"There you have it: the most objective comparison of two cellphones ever made"
funny, seems a bit obsessed with faeces though!
he just cant afford it
I like Maddox... I went to a book signing of his.
It's true that his analysis is pretty objective. At least it isn't filled with half-truths and outright incorrect information like most iPhone-bashing articles. I haven't used the E70 so I can't really comment a whole lot... the only thing that I have a problem with is the fact that it's pretty apparent he has never used the iPhone, or at least has only used it for a few minutes. Anyone who has actually tried using the keyboard on the iPhone for longer than a few minutes knows how easy it is to operate compared to a "real" keyboard. That, and I also question using arguments like the ability to SSH into servers as evidence that the E70 is better than the iPhone... I'm sure that 99.9% of the population has never even used SSH, let alone regularly. The best part about the iPhone is that every feature is immensely useful by most people. Also he doesn't count the cost of the micro-sd cards that are optional but required to store songs in his $360 cost figure.
A good article, but not entirely accurate IMO
That webpage is hilarious.
I'm still laughing about it. (I love the pirate)
