You applied today’s firmware? I’d give it a minute for software to stabilize. You turn airplane mode on then off so they can connect to a fresh tower?I think the evidence is damning...

Interesting. There’s a new update available for the new one today. Maybe apply that? Also you could go to the store and ask to compare side by side with some other units to see how they perform. That would be my next step.Both phones were on 12.0 - no, didn’t toggle airplane mode. iPhone 7+ was just freshly booted. I did make sure speed tests on both were for the same server. It’s been pretty consistent this way. I don’t know that I’m experiencing the dropped calls, but I’m NOT getting the 2-2.5x speed.
Edit: I never experienced the issue with WiFi - it always seems to work fine for me. I’m maxing out on the ~200 down that I’m getting from my ISP.
Edit2: the LTE screen shots were from Verizon in the Greenville, SC area (servers in Clarksville, GA)
