The Iphone's 5 RAM

I've read about 1g and 512mb what do you guys think it is?
i was actually really hoping for an upgraded 1g ram...

My guess is 512. I think they would of mentioned it in some way if it was 1gb. Remember, unused ram is wasted ram. So if the OS manages the ram efficiently and does not run out everything is good. I have 2gb on my S3 and I have yet to see over 1gb being used at any time.

They would not have mentioned it. They have never given RAM numbers.

But the iPad 3 has 1GB of RAM, so I'd bet on that.

I dont think ya'll understand. It has been confirmed by some random guy in a Internet forum that says its been confirmed.

Searched real quick, found that it is rumored but not confirmed.
