I'm trying to reorganize my Aperture libraries to a bit more Theme/date based. As a serious hobbyist, I have quote a few photos. With iCloud & Photo Stream, I've kind of had to start keeping everything in 1 library due to its limitations. But I really want to get back to a more organized library system. Travel, Sports Photography, Personal, Photo Shoots/Portraits etc would all be in their own separate libraries. Or perhaps I'll go by year. Either way, I'll have multiple libraries.

I've considered just exporting .jpegs into a whole separate library for things I want to add to my iPhone/iPad but that seems cumbersome also. Signing into your iCloud every time you switch libraries also seems like...not the best solution. Does it download the stream every time?

Again, I understand the limitations of iCloud/PhotoStream and only being able to be logged into your account in 1 library at a time but I'm wondering what creative solutions people have used. I know there are pros & prosumer photogs out there who have something working for them 🙂
