Anyone trying to base future arm Mac port predictions on the transition kit should go look at what the intel transition kit was.

Hint: no FireWire, no EFI, quite radically different intel CPU. It’s a test bed for developers, not a preview for consumers.
I agree with you to a certain degree but it’s not exactly the same. The Intel transition kit was pretty much an off the shelf Intel PC, basically a Hackintosh. The ARM development system was built specifically by Apple for running MacOS.
