Help!
My macbook charger has broken ,Is this a right solution on indiegogo?

If your wire is already broken and the charger will no longer charge the laptop, then the strain relief would do nothing for you. On the other hand, if you refrain from wrapping the wire around the charger, then You do not really need the indigogo gadget anyway.

I have repaired a few chargers that were chewed by cats in the middle of the wires. There is room to work in that case to reconnect the wires. If the fraying occurs too near the ends, then there is not enough spare wire to work with.
 
Unfortunately the old MagSafe chargers are prone to fraying at the ends, which are also the sections of the wire where a repair is more problematic, possibly forcing you to replace the whole thing (a design issue which has been fixed by the recent USB-C chargers with the introduction of a detachable cable).

From the pics, it looks like the damage is done. Buy another Apple charger (avoid cheap knockoffs at all costs) and either (1) avoid wrapping the wire around it or (2) apply the protectors before you start using it.
