Seems too early for a leak. But the piano black framing does go toe to toe with the new macbooks, while the air had no such upgrade. Generally, companies like to keep in touch with a design motif. Plus, apple doesn't have a netbook competitor. <13'' laptops have taken a good chunk of the buyers market; maybe apple wants a piece? Either way, it looks damn sexy. I'd buy one in a heartbeat. Then reapply the thermal paste in a heartbeat, cuz I doubt apple has cared/learned to care yet =D.
