so roughly half the amount you said. got it.

also a deal “worth” including business deals, investments and worker training. This could all be included in its foxconn deals as well.

this isn't paying 275 billion dollars outright in any form
Yes, half, as I misremembered it being much higher, until I actually looked up the article again. I didn’t say it was outright. I said it was over 5 years.

Always hit the camera button when I grab my phone. Especial on my nightstand, it’s quite annoying not having a physical button. Any slight touch will trigger it. It also doesn’t help that I have a Beats case that’s just waiting to jump out of my hand because it’s so freaking slippery.

Same here. I can't live with gold. I don't find black too severe, but I am afraid of how the paint could get scuffed. I'm not crazy about "natural" either. By far the best color Apple has ever had with iPhone Pro models has been Pacific Blue. Gorgeous!
I love that color. I’m actually typing on a Pacific Blue 12 Pro right now which I decided to keep after getting my current primary phone, the 14 Pro in deep purple. The teal on the 16 might come close, I have to see it in person. From what I’ve read online, it’s more blue than green.

I went from watch 7 to watch 10 and am loving being able to make it through a full day without having to charge again, it's been a while since that was possible, watch 7 battery was down to 79% maximum capacity.

Also upgraded from iPhone 14 Pro to 16 Pro and apart again from much improved battery life (14 Pro was at 80% capacity) I was hoping for great things from the camera control button, but like Hartley I'm very disappointed so far... I'm hoping it will feel better with more use and getting used to it, but so far it just isn't intuitive to use. I don't have any issues with accidentally pressing it - possibly because I have a case on my phone so I tend to grip the case rather than the button - but the pressure needed to light press it just doesn't feel "right" and it is very difficult to press to take a shot without introducing some shake into the process.

Strange, I'm not finding that true at all.

In fact, I have to press it significantly hard to register at all. And getting to the toggle to scroll between tools is so fiddly, I can only do it once out of every 10 times or so :/

So the only thing that is really working for me is a press to open the camera (which is nice, but could have been done with the action button) and another press to take a photo (arguably easier than just touching the shutter icon onscreen).

Many of my friends and colleagues are saying this quote

“i feel duped”

Well, yea. Same phone with minimal upgrades.

I just upgrade every year through the Apple upgrade program. My phone bill is only $67 so with the $66 per month I pay $133.

Thanks for being honest guys, and not just shilling like others. Any true fan knows that Apple needs some tough love right now.

Most underwhelming phone update ever, maybe it's time for APPLE to start slowing down these releases for the sake of the environment. FUN FACT: iOS 18 CONTROL CENTER is a horrible UI mess.

Max has issues with the 16.

Glad I did not buy this year. I'll keep using my Trusty 8 Plus until 2nm and better upgrades

When you're Apple and even Max has problems with your phone, you have a big problem.

The fact that Apple has inadvertently introduced a new motion blur "feature" with their new hard-to-press camera control is both tragic and hilarious in equal measure.

Literally the worst iPhone "update" ever.
