The new Apple TV

Does anybody think that the new Apple TV will be able to play mvk files? I'm thinking of a jailbroken state. Is it powerful enough?
 
The specs do not mention MKV files.

We do not know if it's powerful enough although i'm sure as soon as it is in someone's hands reports will be plentiful.
