So I heard about the new Batteries widget in iOS 9 to monitor battery life in connected bluetooth devices. However, evening after reading instructions online as to where this widget should appear, it's definitely not there. So in the "Today" view menu, then scrolling down to "Edit", then under the "DO NOT INCLUDE" section, there is no "Batteries" widget listed. This is even when I do have a bluetooth device connected.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix for it?

I believe it only works if you have an Apple Watch paired.

It will work with any Bluetooth device that reports its battery status. Many Bluetooth headsets do this. If you get an extra battery icon in the top notification bar when your Bluetooth device is connected then you should see the battery widget too.
