The new iMac for video editors

I save my project files on my internal SSD.

Then I have the autosave folder set within a Dropbox folder. Pretty much guarantees I'll have a backup.

Hey, so I have a question about exactly which BTO options I should get for video editing. Mostly Avid/Final Cut and After Effects work. Im trying to figure out which is more important for these programs, the CPU or the GPU?

In a perfect world I'd love to get both the i7 and the 680mx, but im not sure i can afford both... Anyone know which would be more beneficial for my uses??

Between the i7 and 680MX, I'd say the 680MX would be better.
