I'm almost tempted to drive to WalMart (1 mile away) to pick up a 32GB. The one at FedEx is 16GB and I'm second guessing this choice in capacity. #whitewhine

Mine is in Linwood, PA too since yesterday at 1:47PM which is about an hour from me, but it says it the destination sorting facility. No updates since then. Should still be good for today, right?
 
Mine has been sitting at the destination sort facility for over 12 hours, and that's over 2 hours away from me! :(

Ok I feel beter now. It is in Londonderry. That means it is at the airport. It just has to go one more town over. Wonder where in the delivery order I will be.

OK, if you are in the eastern time zone and your iPad is not at least at destination sort facility you may officially start freaking out. (Actually, just call Apple, maybe you'll get a free smart cover or something as a "sorry").

Same here, although mine isn't going to Manchester. Its going to Nashua.

I'm not sure if mine is going to make it today. Mine shows it left the sorting facility in Chicago at 5:52. Problem is, I'm about an hour and a half away from that place and the Rockford trucks typically leave around 6:30 am for their deliveries. I have it held anyway, so maybe it won't matter. But I don't think it would have ever been put on the truck today.
 
Glad I'm not the only one who is seeing a different than normal behavior with these deliveries. Mine is sitting at Destination Sort Facility when normally at this time FedEx is Out for Delivery for me.

I'm confident I will get it at some point today. Just not the usual 830 AM like I'm used too!
 
Really freaking out now. Mine it still showing it "Departed from FedEx Location in Newark, NJ" when I'm in New York. It's usually a lot closer for delivery day. The estimate is still today before 3PM but I'm already prepared to freak out all day now considering I leave to go back to school Sunday and won't be back here until May..:(
 
Yes! Mines at the FedEx facility in downtown DC. So I can go pick it up in an hour when their public entry opens (since I requested a hold) and don't have to wait for delivery!

Mine is going to Auburn actually. Nobody knows where Auburn is so I usually just say Manchester for reference sake. I have gotten packages from the sort facility at 3:00pm and at 10:00am. I have always assumed it had to do with where my package was in the delivery rout for the truck that day.
 
My iPad finally moved from Linwood, PA to Fort Washington which is 20 minutes away. Isn't a little late though to get on a truck at this point?
 
What the Hell!

Does this mean I won't be getting my iPad today? :mad:

No you will still get it! Worst case senerio you can just go pick it up from your local facility.
 
OUT FOR DELIVERY - finally, never preordered anything before, was funny watching all the hub-bub over the tracking frenzy. :eek:
