I'm thinking a much better siri exclusive to the new iPhone,Expected 1GB of Ram,The A5X processor isn't better at all then the A5 besides graphics and since the graphics card is so big it won't even fit in the iPhone.Im guessing for the material it would(hopefully) be liquid metal and curved,And the camera would still have the same amount of mega pixels but better lens etc.

I hope it isn't curved. Never understood the appeal of that. The rest yes and I really hope the larger screen is true.

Well I don't like it curved either but it seems likely.

Hoping for a curved iPhone something more form fitting in the hand when making calls, was really excited for the "teardrop" design for the 5th generation, maybe for the sixth?

Same here :D I skipped the 4S so no matter what they do with the next generation I'm buying.

I doubt the curved shape and the liquidmetal tech - We'll probably see liquidmetal in a few years yet - but I would like to see 1GB RAM, a bigger display, and a fresh design from Mr. Ive.
