iPod touch The new iTouch5 vs iPhone4S

I may be retiring my iPhone4S when the 5 is launched and if so would use it as an iPod player vs purchasing a new iTouch.

Which is the more capable device for these purposes? Video, music, games- the new iTouch or just keep the iP4S?

Buy the new iTouch and keep the 4S. It's not worth buying just the 5, not even worth upgrading.
