iPhone 13 The new Sierra Blue is the best color by far

I kindly disagree. I think its a great color. I love blue but there are shades I do not like of blue. PB was one of them. It was an OK color just too tilted towards the green end for me.

I don't think any color is feminine. I think that's something people learn/get ingrained into them socially. People can like any and every color, male, female, neutral, non binary. It doesn't need to be linked to your gender or sexuality. It's a personal preference and something you like.

As I grow older, I don't give 2 💩's what people think of me or my things. It's what I like and want. 😎

I respectfully take your points and generally fully agree with you - I'm self aware that associating colour preference to gender or sexuality sounds rather old fashioned (and it does) yet it's something designers are still acutely aware of when they design many everyday things. My guess is Apple would also be aware of this so either they are more progressive than other designers or the Sierra Blue actually looks a whole lot different to the renders - I'll have to go and check out the videos.

Also colour is totally subjective, whilst you weren't so keen on Pacific Blue I really liked it but I just see the Sierra Blue totally differently - irrational associations it maybe but they're still there. Anyway, I'm still entertaining getting it as I really don't like Silver or Gold and Graphite just seems so boring and predictable.

The new blue color looks great. I got last year's Pacific Blue and love the color of the iPhone itself but found it hard to match a case to it. The lighter blue looks like it might go with Apple's more colorful case options as well as leather cases.

White is always a solid option also.

That's why I'm pretty sure I'm going with the Silver/White. The Sierra Blue is so close to White that I think I'd just prefer the Stainless Steel silver sides.

Watching the launch video I am actually warming to the Sierra blue - definitely looks a lot better than the Apple online store renders. I definitely like the stainless steel edge. I think I'll go for it rather than boring graphite

It hasn't been a good year for leakers, who had a field day with predictions. I planned on getting a Matte Black iPhone 13 Pro Max until the Sierra Blue popped up on the screen and Bronze and Matte Black didn't happen. I love my Pacific Blue 12 Pro Max and have wanted Apple to do a lighter Pacific Blue. Take a chance and get it instead of graphite;)

I like that blue better than the 12 pro blue & midnight green.

I'm frankly tired of pastels and monotone. I want rich, deep colors like blood red, magma orange, forest green. If you're going to go blue, give me Miami Blue (Porsche's color) or give me something loud like a VW Harlequin color scheme with like 7 colors in all directions.

I want loud & flashy not muted boring.

I'm a 'pro' customer on everything apple makes and they continue to make me choose between silver, black and some pastel. The iPhone Jet Black was the one time that I felt like they at least were flashy. Give me a hot pink MacBook Pro, Orange 13 Pro and blood red iPad Pro and let me combine it with a blue magic keyboard.
My AirPods Max are baby blue and just not loud enough.

just ordered the 13 Pro 256 in graphite....I like the blue very much but it's been a while since I've had a black phone and I think the blue might start to get old....black always looks good... :)

Yeah, that's the one I pre-pre-ordered. If it immediately sells out I might have to go with a gray or silver depending on the delay.
