the original Apple duckhead adapter

I want to figure out what should be inscribed on the rear of Apple original duckhead adapters? Ive purchased one from Ebay that claimed to be a genuine Apple product. When i received it i quickly took a look to find out and on the rear it was written... "WELL SHIN W8-088-3A 2.5A 250V-KTC HU04012-6015 CHINA"
What about your duckhead adapter that came with your Apple product? It would be of great help if you could tell me what written in yours!

I've got genuine ones that are manufactured by Longview and others that say Volar.

Keep in mind Apple does have numerous suppliers (they switched from Volar when they wanted to remove some hazardous materials from manufacturing) for each component.

Ok but is there anyone that has a "genuine" duckhead adapter that is produced from the same supplier (WELL SHIN) as mine?

Most of eBay items are not genuine.
