Anyone have some quick tips for some PC cleanup? A friend asked me over to help fix her computer (can't get online, she says) and while I'm doing that I figured I'd do the nice thing and run some spyware sweepers and install Firefox for her.
So this is what I figure I'll do:
1) Install and run Ad-Aware
2) Install and run Spybot S&D
3) Delete most shortcuts to IE and install Firefox, with explanation on what it is and how to use it, etc.
Any other ideas to be tacked on?
