The Play button doesn't play VLC player anymore...

The play button on keyboard, used to play/pause the VLC player when it was open. It doesnt do that anymore.
I can something on VLC player and I'll press the Play/Pause button and it will open up itunes...

how do i fix this??

Got same problem

fixed it. Look at the accessbility and click ALLOW VLC to control computer. boom!
