MP 1,1-5,1 The RAM 1866 ECC REG on cMP 2010

Hi all:

I plan to replace ECC 16G RAM. The model I saw on the store is:

DDR3 ECC REG 16G 1866 REG

I want to know, can 1866 be used on cMP 2010 dual CPU processor board?
In addition, this RAM has REG. Will there be any problems?

This tells us nothing. Post a picture of the memory label.

A lot of 1866MHz RAM is quad rank, MacPro5,1 requires dual rank to work at 1333MHz. When a quad rank memory works with a MacPro5,1, most won't, it will work at 800Mhz or at best 1066MHz.
