Oh, what about Delaware? There are no taxes at all. So, if i visit Apple Store situated in Delaware, I can get MacBook for $2499?
I would have some fun to go by train there from NYC.

It's not worth losing most of a day of your vacation to save about $100 or $150 after expenses. Delaware is legendarily boring (it was a joke on the Simpsons once how boring it is).

I am just a tourist, why I have to pay these taxes? I would be happy to give only $2,499.00. Russian customs . The device costs more than $2000 when crossing the border. According to rules + 30%. $2499 + 30% + re-sellers income about 300-500$

You would have to get incredibly lucky, as they have not satisfied demand. It can take up to a month to receive an online order. Nabbing one in store would require being there the moment they received a shipment. At least that's how it is at my location.

Ouch thats high! Ours in Pennsylvania is 6% (or it least it used to be, I've been out of the country for the last 3 years so maybe that changed and I didn't notice).
