Was unable to edit a post which I had just created:

tried multiple times to edit the post but kept getting the message above when hit Save. The problem eventually went away so just posting this in case it occurs again.

I'm not seeing anything unusual with that thread. Is it your post beginning "Tried a download from the website"?
 
Yes, that was it. Refreshed the page multiple times but got the error each time. Went away for a time and then it took.

Again, not really an issue since it seems to have been a one off occurence.
