I literally told him "No I think you are confusing the 10.5 transition from the traditional iPads" and he STILL was convinced he was right. What a mess.

I’ve said it many times. These “genius” guys are sales people trained in a few hardware replacements that any other corner phone repair shops can do as well. They come from various walks of life. Not necessarily techie nerds.

Sales people should know a minimum about the products they are selling. Screen size is pretty basic IMO.

Completely agree with that. I’m just saying that just because they work as genius, doesn’t mean they’re really into tech as such.

Particularly when it's marketed specifically as a 12.9" - that kinda gives the game away!
