The screen saver doesn't work?

I installed a new 18 system, but my screensaver changed. I tried to change the screensaver and saw a preview, but I couldn't change it. Can anybody help, please?

Just from briefly looking at that in the first picture, it shows you have the screensaver to never turn on.
