It appears to me that the planes or jets can only hold a certain amount of items and maybe they overloaded the aircraft, but these people calling UPS will only make it worse. What is a few days of waiting? Nothing is guaranteed.
When you call UPS and tell them you want to know where your package is, some little guy problem goes out to the plane and has to physically remove your package or some **** like that, and take it to an office or something like that. IDK. I never worked for them but I do know complaining because your package is showing a status that may or may not be correct will probably just further delay your package.

Response (Latoya L.)
Dear ,
Thank you for your response. We have just received an update on the airline off-load exceptions. Both Apple and UPS are aware of the airlift capacity constraints due to the number of shipments being made. Your shipment will be moving as soon as possible.
I understand your point of view, and I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion associated with this shipment. For further updates, you may continue to monitor your shipment at the following link:

Latoya L.: Thank-you for confirming what I suspected. I appreciate that the logistics of international shipping are complicated. After some searching on the status, "*THE AIRLINE OFF-LOADED PACKAGES*", it appears this occurs frequently with UPS. Would it be possible for you to escalate this to the next tier of support to attempt to find clarification for the situation? Thank-you for your continued assistance.
Best regards,
My 32 gig was shipped on May 5th & is scheduled for delivery on May 10th. Interesting thing is that it arrived in Memphis this morning directly from HK, i.e., it bypassed AK. Two separate recents orders (case & cables) went through AK.
Quick update from UPS tracking..
Guess it finally moving.....but delivery today looks unlikely. Hey Chris any update on yours?
Anchorage, Alaska woooooh hoooo! I bought mine on 4/23. They must be on the same plane.
Same exact tracking to the minute. May 7th delivery.
Mine shipped via Fedex on 5/3. It is scheduled to be here tomorrow by noon. The last i heard it left Anchorage, AK and has been in transit for the past 24 hours. I wonder if its just gonna show up on my door step with out anymore updates? 24 hours is a long time in transit.
I ordered mine on 4/20 and it shipped on May 4th. Mine shows to be in transit from Anchorage, AK currently, and has shown this for 24 hours too!! Estimated delivery is May 7th (tomorrow) by 10:30am. We will just have to see if it arrives on time.
I also show a delivery by 10:30 Friday. It has been in transit from Anchorage for 24 hours also. I have been checking the tracking like every 15 minutes! I think I have a problem...
