The Sims 3 issue

Hi everyone.. so recently the sims has been running quite slow for my taste. I've installed some custom contents so that might be the problem but it was running fine until 3 days ago and I haven't installed new custom contents since that date.

I wrote down some informations about my mac, if this helps..

processor: 2.5 Ghz intel core 15
memory: 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3
graphic: AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512MB
