More like something is wrong when Apple has always had white box replacements on hand for all iDevices on launch day to date.
No, I'm assuming they do unless confirmed otherwise. You're merely assuming they won't despite history indicating otherwise.

I'd stop if you'd refrain from spreading false information, when you clearly don't know, i.e., "there are NO replacements ."

appleStill doesn't mean there are no replacements and even there aren't, they might have loaner Watches just as they do with the iPhone. Sounds like you have absolutely no idea how Apple's white box replacement/loaner program works.

Once we start getting threads titled "They don't even have replacement Watches!" (and believe me, there would be many) then we'll take your thread seriously.
The white box replacements will be just the Watch itself, which they'll transfer to your existing band. It's not like they won't have a case replacement for the SS link bracelet model right now, even though it has a 4-6 week delivery. If retail box units are shipping right now, it's reasonable to assume they'll have white box replacement units as well.
