I believe this is relevant now. Rumour has it there are NO replacements despite just how sure many of you were.
Source? No way they don't have white box replacements for warranty purposes.

Can't copy thread links on tapatalk.
It's in the thread where the guy is talking about his Apple watch not powering on.
Yeah I have a watch on launch but its just frustrating that it doesn't work for anything. I got an appointment but Im going in as soon as they open to see if they can replace it.
You jumped the gun. https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1872403/
This is the latest post from the OP:
An Apple Store manager said all stores are required to ship out for repairs as no repair stock is available in-store during the initial launch.
Nothing's conclusive. I would say I didn't jump the gun yet, we need to wait and see
From an Apple Store manager. He said all stores are required to ship out for repairs during the initial launch.
Believe me, a lot of this launch hasn't been what even Apple had in mind originally.
You wrote "Rumour has it there are NO replacements despite just how sure many of you were," which is clearly false. Nice try though.
That's your own claim, based on one Apple store manager. Not convincing.
What's wrong with you?
More like something is wrong when Apple has always had white box replacements on hand for all iDevices on launch day.
So you know they have replacement watches?
No, I'm assuming they do unless confirmed otherwise. You're merely assuming they won't despite history indicating otherwise.
So you don't know and we are both assuming different things. Thats fair enough, now stop acting like a jerk please.
I'd stop if you'd refrain from spreading false information, when you clearly don't know, i.e., "there are NO replacements ."
I said there was a rumour. Your doing it again, are you always like this then?
Still doesn't mean there are no replacements and even there aren't, they might have loaner Watches just as they do with the iPhone. Sounds like you have absolutely no idea how Apple's white box replacement/loaner program works.
Your a strange one you are. You read into things too much.
Anyway I'm calling it now. Cheers.
