After the recent Steam Holiday Sale discussion thread I realized that there are a lot of gamers on these forums. I would love to be able to jump in a game of Team Fortress 2 or Shattered Horizon knowing that I was playing with a fellow Macrumors member.

The only problem with that group is that the admin hasn't been on in well over a year.

Yeah I was gonna say, there is one, but it has very low activity. Guess if the admin is away, that could be why. Anyway, I go by my MR username on Steam and have TF2.

it's a public group though so anyone can join... what do you need an admin for?

There's a (small) Mac group already, mostly filled with MR members. But it's old so I don't know.

What if we created a new group and made a few MR members admins instead of leaving it up to one person?

I can set one up after work today. I promise I won't let it die like the other Mac groups.
