Hello everyone,

I've been having this problem since I got my 2015 MacBook Pro a few months ago (yes, i didn't buy the 2016 model..)

Every time I wake my Mac the system time is wrong, usually the time is about 15 mins off. However, if I go into settings - time - and 'unlock' my settings by clicking on the lock, entering my password, the time resets to the correct time. I am using Apple's Europe time server....

Im not sure what to do. If I google the issue Im told to use the automatic time function (so it grabs the correct time from apples server) but im already using that when the beginning but the issue persists.

Does anyone have any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

try using the US server instead and see what happens.

I will, thanks. But even if the US time stays correct i still won't have the right time on my Mac , being in the Netherlands.
