The time on my Mini is 4 minutes fast, is that odd?

Isn't the clock supposed to be set to the atomic clock and be very accurate? Mine was 4 minutes fast, I had to fix it in system settings

was it getting time automatically before you fixed it in system settings? otherwise, perhaps just a glitch, and great that you got it sorted.
