    Hi

With my iPhone sitting in it's box waiting for me to get home, I was wondering if we could compile a list of the absolute must have apps for the iphone? And what are the first 5 applications i should download?

what are your top 5 apps?

    Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 2_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/525.18.1 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/3.1.1 Mobile/5H11 Safari/525.20)

    My top five are:
Stanza (forget classics. Yes it's pretty, but you can choose from orders of magnitude more titles on stanza. Function over form please!)
    iXpenseit
    Facebook
    Airsharing
    Blackbeard's Revenge (zuma-like game)

I could go on, but you asked for top five only. :)

I love Fieldrunners, but I continue to have some issues with it. First off, there aren't enough levels. Secondly, there need to be more weapons for use in all modes. Third, there really is very little replay value. I love the challenge of beating a level the first time, but after that there is very little appeal to the game. The last update was certainly a step in the right direction, I am just wanting a little bit more from the game to make me WANT to keep playing it. It is definitely a top 5 "must play" game, but the lack of replay value does not make it a top five game overall in my opinion.

    Some of my top Apps:

    iShoot (great replay value) PAID
MotionX Poker Quest (impossible to put down during your first few days with it and always fun to go back to)PAID
Pocket Money (have been using since my original jailbroken iPhone and I couldn't live without it)PAID
    TwitterFon (free)
Sportacular (if you follow a lot of different sports and always want up to date scores) FREE

if your talking about the ones that come with the iPhone/iPod you cant, but you can put them on a page at the end so they aren’t the first thing you see. I’m assuming you know how to move apps, if not just hold down on an app until it begins to wiggle then drag it and when done press home. If you want to delete an app that isn’t the default app, make the apps wiggle and hit the X

    hope that helps :):apple::apple:

Just five? Quite a few apps I think are incredibly useful.

RSSplayer - download high quality ABC and CNN video podcasts.

myVideos - high quality YouTube videos downloaded for offline use.

Wikipedia - most of the wikipedia articles downloaded onto my iPhone for offline access.

Picture Safe - The best of the photo lock apps.

    Appsniper

    American Heritage 4th Edition dictionary.

    Beejive

    Memory Status

    Chess With Friends

Galcon (the paid version for online play)

    Fastlane

My favorite and most used apps.
