Wow what a great band. I really love the new milanese loops that Apple has designed for the Apple Watch Ultra. They fit so well and are feel fantastic. I've always liked the look of the milanese loop bands but I hated how they would constantly slide throughout the day with the magnet. The new Ultra bands stay in place perfectly. They are super comfortable and Apple wasn't kidding when they said you could wear them for anything. I train hard and worked out this morning wearing mine to see how it would feel and it was absolutely perfect. The way they connect it keeps the band perfectly in place and I love the look of the black version with my Black Ultra.

It did take me a few times to get the hang of getting it on and off but after I figured it out its super easy now. Easily my favorite band that they have made for the Ultra. Not sure what others opinions are, but I think that these bands are some of the best that Apple has ever made.

They do look fantastic and the clasp suits the Ultra.

Need to see the black one on a S10 Slate......

Got one with my Ultra 2 in black, but I'm a bit wary of using it currently.

Saw on a YouTube comment that the underside of someone's watch has been grated or something by resting the watch on it – paraphrasing, but something like that.

Have you had any scratching issues?

No I personally haven’t had any issues with scratching at all.

I so agree. The band is incredible. Lightweight, can be used for going to dinner or going for a swim. Fiddly to set up for sure but once it is set up the thing is amazing! I frankly see no reason or need to use any other band. Goes from washing the dog to going out on the town. It's awesome

i am glad to read so good news about the new milanese... i am waiting for delivery and i am excited to try it on triathlon activity plus weight lifting and hope to be comfortable for every day use!!

The Apple Link bracelet was always my favorite band that Apple made. This one has replaced that. It’s easily my favorite band they have ever made.

Picked one up on Friday for my Ultra 1 and I am loving it so far..... Milanese loop was always my favorite band, but I didn't like how the stainless steel looked on the titanium AWU... the color contrast bothered me... This new titanium version looks great, it feels really comfy and is surprisingly light.

When I saw the initial pictures I didn't like the clasp too much, but after wearing it for a bit it actually grew on me.

Could you please measure the width of the milanaise band?
I have a third party band that has the same closing mechanism, but it looks pretty small in comparison to the Ultra.

And does the clamp stays in place since it is set to your size?
Because at my cheap 3rd party it slightly moves on the band and gets loose.

Thanks

Do not like the Milanese band on my Black Ultra 2 and removed it. Back to my favorite magnetic leather link! Want something that is instantly adjustable, on the go. I tighten my leather band when in a workout and loosen when not. The Milanese is a pain to do this.Sometime just getting the clasp to join is a PIA.

Wow you workout with leather? Sweat not really great for durability of the leather?

Regarding the Ultra Milanese - I have a big eye on it - how do you adjust tightness? Easy to do throughout the day?

Excited to get this band in like 5 weeks (backorder). I have the leather magnetic link for casual and the Trail Loop for workouts, so the Milanese will also be great for casual settings!

The leather has been processed to the point it is hardly leather anymore. I simple remove the watch and give both the watch and the band a rub down with a damp microfiber cloth. Still like new and it is almost two years old.

If a user can wear two sizes (S&M or M&L), is it better to size down, or size up?
Confused, the new Milanese bands come in three sizes S, M and Large. I took a large in the older one but I'm a medium on these new ones. They are much thicker too than the old ones. I'd go to the store and try it on to be sure.

You're lucky. By the time I decided I'd like a leather link band, all they were selling is that "fine-woven" version that wears out just from the handling of taking it out of the package.

Your reason for hating it is the reason I love it. I don't want to be constantly adjusting my bad. It's one of the things I hated about the regular Milanese bands. With the Ultra Band once its on it doesn't move and I think its super comfortable.

That’s the thing. I did try the straps at the store and I found that I could wear both M and L. It seems to be a question of where I want the fastener to be.

They look good and I'm glad that people are saying they are good quality. They are really $$$ though.

Yep the FineWoven “look” good, I even bought one and immediately returned it. They are horrible! People I know that use them, the band looks “nasty”.

Man those leather link bands are just total crap. They are comfortable and look good, but sweat just destroys them so fast.
