It has saved me money. I have about 60 original Apple bands for all my watches and tend to buy new ones frequently. Since I got this back in November or December, my Ultra hasn’t seen another band and not even been tempted to buy one. Comfortable, looks great and no hair pulling!Just read thru this thread and there was a lot of initial love for this band.
How's the love holding up?
I love the look of it. My only real concern is the old Milanese did a lot of wrist hair pulling.

Be careful purchasing this band. I just received a used-like new from Amazon warehouse and it was a fake.
It seems people are purchasing this band from Amazon new then swapping it out with a fake and sending it back.

It’s a bit of bummer that I rarely want to use my other bands. The Milanese band is just so nice.Just read thru this thread and there was a lot of initial love for this band.

It's still their best band, bar none.Just read thru this thread and there was a lot of initial love for this band.

Maybe because it’s slightly easier to work the clasp to release the band that way since you move your opposing hand inwards towards your body instead of pushing away. It’s super minor though in my opinion. Since the regular one has the magnet it’s even less of a thing, just a coin flip on the direction. The Ultra Milanese loop is maybe 45/55 to pick a direction. 😆I can't find whether this has been explained or discussed before, so...
In all of Apple's own imagery of the Ultra Milanese band, the loop-around lug is shown mounted at the top of the watch case, while with the regular Milanese loop, it is always at the bottom. Is there a reason for that?
I realise that one can attach the band whichever way one likes, I just wonder why Apple chooses to depict it that way.
