Hi guys,

Just a little report on my situation 😛

I am now a future owner of 2.66GHZ MacBook Pro 15.4" :apple: 😀 after being a Windows person for all my life. 😎

I was planning to get the 2.4GHZ Base Pro but waiting has paid off, thanks for the encouragement guys! 🙂

MAN! IT SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN WORTH IT! 😀

Now the wait for it being delivered...🙄

I just pulled the trigger on the 2.66Ghz myself but with the 7200rpm drive. The PMU on my 1.67 G4 Powerbook gave out a month ago. I'm sure glad I waited!!!

I just bought my first MacBook also 😀 MBP 13-inch: 2.26GHz. Cant wait 😀

i bought a 2.4 back in march...wish i would have waited for WWDC but i am still happy with what i have! best computer i have ever owned....first mac.

The wait for delivery takes for ever! At least it seemed for ever with my Mac mini.

I hope you have fun with your new Mac! It should last you many years.

PS: I've got an original Bondi iMac from 1998 that is still working well, and a PM Digital Audio that is working even better.
 
Congrats to everyone getting new MBP's. I know you will love them! I got mine in February and still love it.
 
The wait was VERY worth it!

Congrats on the new MBP.

I'll be pulling the trigger very soon on a 13" 2.26GHz.

1. Updated screen
2. Integrated battery (+life)
3. SD slot
4. Illuminated keyboard included on entry level unibody
5. FireWire
6. Lower price
7. $10 Upgrade to Snow Leopard in Sept

What's not to like? WWDC was a Grand Slam for me! Go :apple: !
