Yeah, so that people can take photos with their watch at 480p heh. Or use Face ID on their watch alongside passcode.
While we are at it, introduce notch to all iPads to make iPad even more recognisable. Let’s make notch the new Apple logo.

Knowing Apple, it will happen. I wish their engineering teams would share expertise - I mean, my new iPad mini doesn't need a notch to accommodate a more advanced camera than the new MacBook Pro ... the notch just seems lazy to me, in terms of design and engineering. I'm fairly certain it'll come to the watch, eventually.

It takes me back to the old moto360 on the early smartwatch days, where it had to have a notch on the circular display, not for cameras, but for the cables connection to have someplace to go from/to into.
