Use the “Due” app to remind you to set “Theater mode.” Great app. Much better than Remimders. I use it to remind me to charge my watch, running gear, and many other things.No, I have DND on a schedule...That's great.

On your iPhone open Shortcuts.
Go to the Automation tab.
Hit the Plus button at the top right.
Choose Create Personal Automation.
Choose Do Not Disturb.
Choose Is Turned On.
Next.
Add Action.
Choose Apps.
Scroll to Watch.
Choose Set Cinema Mode.
Make sure it is Turn Cinema Mode On.
Hit the Show More toggle and make sure Show When Run is off.
Next.
Turn off Ask Before Running.
Done.
