I just jb'ed my 3G using redsn0w. I'm having trouble installing certain themes such as the Black UPS HD Icon Theme. Some themes work and some themes won't work. Also some of the status bars won't work either. Anyone know a solution? Also how can I directly download some of the themes from MacThemes directly onto my phone?

Well double check that your icons and UI elements are themed properly. Also, after applying new theme elements make sure to respring through WinterBoard so the cache gets cleared. As for MacThemes direct downloads, as a staff member I can tell you there's no real way to do that except for buying Safari Download Manager and iFile.
