Theme software for mac

Hi hopefully someone can help me.

What is the best software to use to give my macbook a new theme?

Flavours is quite popular, but can only be use up to Mavericks. Developer is currently working on an update for Yosemite.

There is also Geektool. Which is easy to use and many geeklets available on the net for even easier use.

Thanks I'll check them out, i use Yosemite so will keep an eye out for the updated version.
