iPad Theme: Where are these lines coming from?

iPad "4" iOS 6.1 jailbroken. Downloaded "iPad 3 ClearUI theme" but these lines are still appearing:

At the top near the football and at the bottom through the R. They go from one side to the other.

All included with the download, I checked all three files to make sure everything was transparent. What file am I missing/do I have to make?

Thank you, you'll have to forgive me.... I've been working on my iPad theme for about 1 hour. Lol, just got it today. Thank you both!

I hate to double post but I just ran into a new issue. I had all my jailbreaking apps in one folder. Right now it was just Cydia, Sprintomize, Winterboard, and Barrell. After one of the re-springs that entire folder disappeared. I removed the one and only theme (noted above) that I added and it didn't fix anything.

Those apps are still in under Settings and still work.

Doing that though does mess up the look of bars across iOS 6 though. Be warned.
